Proud that Singapore is hosting the first Summer Youth Olympics. Such a small country hosting a big event with 5,000 athletes and officials from the 205 National Olympic Committees, along with an estimated 1200 media representatives, 20,000 local and international volunteers, and more than 370,000 spectators.
Stress Management for Internet Marketers
Stress can be good as it gives us the impetus to perform daily tasks. But of course some unforseen stress is inevitable. But too much stress may overload our system. In the case of newbie internet marketers, excessive amount of time spent at the computer and internet business can take its toll.
